The “Train route to Lhasa”, opened in July 2006, runs on the highest rail line in the world, the line runs above 13000 feet above sea level for more than 80 percent of the route and tops at a height of 16,640 feet.The magical ride in this starts from Beijing and ends in the capital city of Tibet, Lhasa.
